I stayed in the Bamboo Queen room, which had a cozy balcony perfect for enjoying my morning coffee. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel very welcome. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice queen-sized bed and modern amenities.

The TV remote didn't work properly.

However, the remote control for the TV wasn’t functioning properly, and the coffeemaker in the room failed to work even though it turned on. The room access could be tricky since the elevator only services above the first floor, meaning I had to haul my suitcase up a flight of stairs. Accessibility options feel a bit lacking overall, especially for travelers with heavy luggage or mobility challenges.

I enjoyed my stay, as the hotel was just a few steps from Waikiki Beach and within a pleasant walk to Fort DeRussy Beach Park, which made it super easy to explore and soak up the sun on my weekend getaway.
